A Message From The CEO
At JBW Solutions LLC, our mission is clear: to protect people, operations, assets, and the communities we serve by helping organizations identify risk, strengthen operational controls, and build sustainable systems for long-term success.
I founded JBW with a vision to create more than a traditional safety services company. I wanted to build a trusted HSE and Risk Management consulting firm capable of working alongside business leaders, municipalities, and organizations to solve complex challenges, strengthen workforce capability, and integrate effective risk management into everyday operations.
Today, JBW Solutions provides comprehensive HSE Operations and Risk Management services across Southeastern New Mexico, West Texas, and beyond. Our capabilities include HSE management systems, operational risk management, regulatory compliance, leadership and workforce development, contractor management, training, and field safety services.
We believe exceptional HSE performance goes beyond compliance. It protects people, strengthens operations, safeguards assets, supports business continuity, and creates stronger organizations.
